Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning services, placing an order, or entering a white-label subcontract agreement with DraftsRush, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Deliverables and Turnaround Schedules

Turnaround times begin once the project brief, reference links, and initial upfront invoice or milestone deposit are verified. Standard turnaround for script tiers is 24 to 48 hours unless stated otherwise in custom proposals. Delays caused by missing brief details or unresponsive feedback are not the responsibility of DraftsRush.

3. Intellectual Property and Commercial Rights

Video Scripts & Creative Writing: Full commercial copyright and intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon receipt of complete payment. The client owns all rights to shoot, produce, monetize, and publish the completed scripts.

Academic Research Modules & Summaries: All academic materials, literature outlines, and bibliographies are supplied strictly as model reference documents, study aids, and research syntheses. The client retains responsibility for the final submission and adherence to their institution's academic honor codes.

4. Revision Policy

Standard package tiers include one round of structural revisions if requested within 48 hours of delivery. Revisions cover pacing fixes, minor hook adjustments, or clarification of citations. Scope expansions or changes to the original brief instructions are billed at standard hourly rates.

5. Payment and Cancellation

Invoices are issued through recognized payment channels. Once drafting begins on a confirmed order, payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of creative and analytical writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

DraftsRush produces content to professional standards but makes no explicit guarantee of viral reach, view counts, platform algorithm distribution, or specific educational grading outcomes.
