DraftsRush collects minimal personal data required to deliver requested services. This includes your name, email address, company or agency details, project briefs, and reference materials submitted via our contact forms or direct communications.

2. Use of Information

Your information is used strictly to fulfill deliverables, correspond regarding drafts, issue project invoices, and handle revisions. We never sell, rent, or lease client data to data brokers or third-party advertisers.

3. Confidentiality and White-Label Protection

All submitted scripts, research materials, video links, and academic prompts are treated as strictly confidential. For agencies and production houses operating under subcontract or white-label agreements, DraftsRush will sign and uphold standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

4. Data Storage and Third-Party Infrastructure

DraftsRush operates on modern hosting infrastructure provided by Vercel. Form submissions are processed securely through compliant submission endpoints (such as Formspree or equivalent secure gateways). We do not store raw credit card numbers directly on our servers.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We may use minimal technical cookies to track overall site traffic, referrers, and page speeds through privacy-focused analytics tools. These cookies do not extract personal identifying records from your machine.
